Italian Serie A side AC Milan are considering the signing of Ivorian defender Guéla Doué.
According to L’Équipe and SportMediaset, the Rossoneri have identified the 22-year-old Strasbourg defender as a key target for the right flank.
Doué, whose contract with the Ligue 1 side runs until 2029, is viewed as a versatile option who can operate both as a traditional full-back and a right-sided winger.
Milan are said to have already tabled an initial offer of €15 million for the Ivorian, who is the younger brother of PSG’s Champions League winner Désiré Doué. The French club, however, has not yet responded formally to the bid, and negotiations are still at an early stage.
Doué reportedly has the backing of Milan’s technical leadership duo, Igli Tare and Massimiliano Allegri, who see him as a flexible and promising addition to the squad.
While talks are not yet advanced, Milan’s interest in the young Ivorian appears serious as they look to reinforce key positions ahead of the 2025/26 campaign.
Guéla Doué is understood to fancy the move to AC Milan but is not overly eager to move.
