Abdoulaye Diaby: Hyeres 83 sign experienced attacking midfielder on free transfer

Abdoulaye Diaby has joined Hyeres 83 from US Creteil on a free transfer, with the 31-year-old attacking midfielder completing his move on 6 July 2026.

The French-born player, who also holds Ivorian nationality, arrives after a short spell at Creteil, which he joined in January 2026 from EFC Frejus Saint-Raphael. Diaby operates primarily as an attacking midfielder, is right-footed and stands at 1.83m, adding height and experience to Hyeres 83s options between midfield and attack.

Diabys move continues a long career in French footballs lower tiers, where he has represented a series of clubs across the country.
