Abdoul Razak Coulibaly announces departure from ASCK
Malian striker Abdoul Razak Coulibaly has officially announced his departure from Association Sportive des Chauffeurs de la Kozah (ASCK), marking the end of a successful three-year stint with the Togolese D1 team. The Bamako native shared his farewell message on his Facebook page on Monday, July 29.
“These last few days have been full of emotions, of feelings that I now wish to share with you all.
After three wonderful years at ASCK, a club that I will always carry in my heart, the day has come to explore another foreign expedition after that of Saudi Arabia in 2023.
Since my return, together we have fulfilled some expectations and achieved magnificent things,” Coulibaly wrote in his heartfelt message.
Coulibaly’s time at ASCK has been marked by notable achievements. He played a crucial role in winning the Togo Cup in 2024, leading the team to victory in the final against Asko.
Additionally, he helped the team secure the position of vice-champions of Togo three times and participated in three preliminaries of the CAF Cup.
His contributions on the field have left an indelible mark on the club and its supporters.
In his farewell message, Coulibaly expressed deep gratitude to his teammates, the club’s leadership, and the supporters of ASCK.
“A big thank you also to all the WazaBanga who always gave me a lot of love and with their great demand pushed me to do my best and fight for every success.
I leave with the feeling of having given everything and of not changing anything in our history and I wish all the best to the project of the president Amah Aklisso Sherif Marcelin our father to all,” he concluded.
Abdoul Razak Coulibaly’s journey will continue in Mauritania, where he is set to join Nouadhibou FC.
This move follows his previous stint with Al Kawkab in Saudi Arabia’s second division.
Coulibaly hinted at his new chapter in his message, stating, “Heureux de vous annoncer ma nouvelle destination: NOUADHIBOU FC. Officialization loading…almost done.”
As Coulibaly prepares to embark on his new adventure with Nouadhibou FC, he carries with him the experiences and successes from his time with ASCK.
His journey from AS Pikine in Senegal, through his successful period in Togo, and now to Mauritania, showcases his resilience and determination to excel in the world of football.
