Moroccan attacking midfielder Youssouf Hadji is reportedly in negotiations with Turkish club Elazigspor. After a stint in the Gulf with Al-Arabi in Qatar, Hadji, who is open to the possibility of returning to AS Nancy-Lorraine in Ligue 2, has been in Turkey for discussions since Friday. Elazigspor, which finished thirteenth in the last championship, is expected to offer a two-year contract to the former Rennes player. Youssouf Hadji is scheduled to meet with the club’s leaders on Sunday or Monday to discuss the potential move. After terminating his contract with Al-Arabi due to non-payment of salary, Hadji returned to France and trained with Nancy.
