Despite Yohan Cabaye’s presence in midfield, Marco Verratti has faced criticism for his performances in Paris Saint-Germain’s recent matches. However, the Italian midfielder is not perturbed by the rumors of Paul Pogba’s potential arrival from Juventus this summer.
“In the locker room, we don’t discuss these rumors much. But if we were eliminated from the Champions League this season, it’s because we are lacking something. We need to improve, and Pogba’s arrival would be beneficial for us,” Verratti told Sky Sports.
However, PSG’s focus seems to have shifted, with reports suggesting that they are now targeting Miralem Pjanic from AS Roma instead of Pogba from Juventus.
