After their 2-2 draw on April 9, Morocco and Nigeria met again for another friendly match on Friday, this time at the Bouskoura Sports Center. However, once again, the two teams couldn’t be separated, ending the game in a 1-1 draw.
Nigeria took the lead first, scoring in the 22nd minute, but the Lion Cubs of the Atlas equalized just seven minutes later through Khaba Hamza.
Both teams are gearing up for the qualifiers of the African Under-20 Cup of Nations, set to be held in Senegal in 2015. In the upcoming round, Morocco is scheduled to face Togo on May 11 in Lomé, with the return match slated for May 25 in Morocco.
