Randers FC exhibited a masterful display of dominance as their African contingent, led by Ghanaian Mohammed Fuseini and Ivorian Lasso Coulibaly, propelled them to a resounding 6-2 victory over Lyngby in the Superligaen playoffs.

The clash, held on Sunday, March 31, 2024, saw Randers FC assert their authority from the outset, with Mohammed Fuseini igniting the scoring spree just eight minutes into the match.

From that moment onward, the Blue and White outfit continued their relentless assault, overwhelming their opponents with a relentless onslaught.

Building on Fuseini’s early breakthrough, Oliver Olsen added a second goal for Randers FC before Lasso Coulibaly extended their lead with a clinical finish in the 31st minute.

Coulibaly’s contribution marked his fourth goal of the season, further underscoring his importance to the team’s attacking prowess.

Despite Lyngby managing to pull one back just before halftime, courtesy of a goal in stoppage time, the momentum remained firmly in Randers FC’s favor.

Following the interval, Coulibaly turned provider, setting up Mohammed Fuseini for two more goals in quick succession, completing his hat-trick in spectacular fashion.

Fuseini’s electrifying performance not only secured victory for Randers FC but also showcased his immense talent and goal-scoring prowess, with the 21-year-old Ghanaian forward now boasting an impressive tally of four goals in six Superligaen appearances.

With contributions from Nordli and another goal from Coulibaly sealing the comprehensive win, Randers FC’s emphatic triumph underscores their credentials as genuine contenders in the Superligaen playoffs, with their African stars playing a pivotal role in their quest for success.

As the season progresses, all eyes will be on Randers FC’s dynamic duo to maintain their stellar form and lead the team to further glory on the pitch.
