Mali and Senegal, renowned footballing nations, recently squared off in a friendly match at the Demba Diop stadium in Dakar. The under-17 teams of both countries clashed, with Mali emerging victorious with a 2-0 scoreline.
The goals were netted by Aly Mallé in the 12th minute and Moussa Bakayoko in the 86th minute. This encounter served as a preparatory fixture for the upcoming second qualifying round of the 2015 Africa Cup of Nations for under-17 teams.
Both teams are set to meet again this Sunday at the Caroline Faye stadium in Mbour, located 80 kilometers from Dakar, for another friendly match.
