Stéphane Mbia is considering the possibility of reuniting with his former club, Olympique de Marseille. The Cameroonian international midfielder or defender, who enjoyed success at OM, winning multiple titles and cherishing fond memories of the city and its passionate fans, is open to the idea of returning to the club in the future.
“I’m really happy to have played at OM, I won everything there. I met good people there, a wonderful audience. It’s a city that I could never forget because I experienced everything there. Come back to OM why not, but not for the moment, I am abroad but why not… For the moment, it is not relevant. It would be a good thing to return to Ligue 1, but not at the moment,” M’Bia expressed to Foot365.
Currently under contract with Queens Park Rangers, Mbia is on loan at Sevilla FC. While there have been rumors linking him to clubs in Italy and the Gulf region, Mbia remains open to the idea of a potential return to Ligue 1 and Marseille in the future.
