The Atlas Lions of Morocco are set to take on the Panthers of Gabon on March 5th in an international friendly match scheduled to be held in Marrakech. This encounter is part of the Lions’ preparation for the final phase of the African Cup of Nations, which they will host in January 2015.
Currently, both teams are without coaches. While the Dutchman Pim Verbeek is reportedly in consideration for the Moroccan side, Pierre Le Chantre’s name is being strongly linked with the Gabonese team.
