Burkinabè goalkeeper Hervé Koffi, representing Sporting Charleroi, continues to make waves in the football world with his outstanding performances. Once again, Koffi was hailed as the best player in his team during a recent match against Cercle in the championship, following a remarkable save that secured a crucial point for his side.
Speaking to Belgian media outlet sudinfo.be after the match on Saturday, March 10, 2024, Koffi attributed his resurgence to the 2023 African Cup of Nations (CAN), where he represented Burkina Faso.
“It’s true that we can say that since then, the real Hervé has returned,” Koffi remarked with a smile.
