The newspaper “L’Equipe” led the charge with a report stating, “Yassin Adli declares, ‘Playing for France is my primary goal.'”
Additionally, the website “Foot 365” exacerbated the situation with its headline, stating, “Adli refuses to represent Algeria.”
Further complicating matters, the French website “So Foot” claimed, “Adli states his desire to play for the French national team.”
Concluding the onslaught, the sports-focused website “RMCSport” declared, “Adli chooses to play for France over Algeria.”
Despite Adli’s surprising statement regarding his aspiration to represent “Les Bleus,” he has not taken any concrete steps in that direction.
