MA Tétouan secured a 2-1 victory against hosts JS Soualem on Sunday. The game took place at the Al-Bashir Stadium in Mohammedia as part of the 22nd round of the National Professional Football League Division One.
Mohamed Yassine Abouzroua scored for MA Tétouan in the 62nd minute, followed by Yassine Lamin in the 81st minute.
JS Soualem’s Salaheddine Icharran found the net in the 77th minute, narrowing the lead.
With this result, MA Tétouan climbs to the seventh position alongside Union Touarga, both with 29 points.
Meanwhile, JS Soualem remains in the 15th position with 19 points.
