Mohamed Osama, the head of the medical team for Zamalek’s first football team, has confirmed the successful completion of the ACL surgery for Mohamed Abdel-Shafy, the left-back for the White Knights, at a specialized center in Germany.
Osama noted that the German doctor performed the ACL reconstruction surgery for Mohamed Abdel-Shafy.
“Mohamed Abdel-Shafy underwent a successful surgery, and his medical condition is good,” stated the head of Zamalek’s medical team.
Mohamed Abdel-Shafy to Begin Physiotherapy Soon
He further emphasized that the player will commence the phase of physiotherapy and rehabilitation in the near future, according to the specific program to be developed in coordination with the German doctor.
