Simba Sports Club of Tanzania obliterated Jwaneng Galaxy of Botswana with an impressive 6-0 victory in a match held on Saturday as part of the 2023-2024 CAF Champions League.
Simba clashed with Galaxy in the final fixture of the continental championship, delivering a commanding performance that left spectators awestruck.
The six-goal onslaught from Simba saw Saidi Ntibazonkiza, Babu Ally, Denis Kibu, Clatous Chama, Kennedy Juma, and Fabrice Luamba all finding the net in the 7th, 14th, 22nd, 76th, 86th, and 89th minutes respectively.
With this remarkable outcome, Simba elevated their tally to 9 points, securing the second spot in Group B and clinching a well-deserved berth in the quarterfinals.
Meanwhile, Jwaneng Galaxy bid farewell to the tournament, finishing at the bottom of the table with 4 points.
