A reliable source within Zamalek Club revealed today, Tuesday, the expected attendance for the team’s match against SOAR Coyah of Guinea in the final round of the CAF Confederation Cup group stage.
Speaking exclusively to Kooora, the source stated, “Zamalek has obtained approval for 30,000 fans to attend the match against SOAR Coyah, scheduled for next Sunday at Cairo International Stadium.”
The source further elaborated, “Zamalek aimed to secure approval for 50,000 fans to support the team despite already sealing qualification as group leaders.”
The Confederation of African Football (CAF) has appointed Theodorus Metiku as the match referee, assisted by Vassika Yolishet and Mustafa Meki Mohamed as assistant referees, and Haliosus Beliti as the fourth official.
Moroccan Jamal Kawachi will serve as the match commissioner for Zamalek’s encounter against SOAR Coyah, with Tanzanian Leslie Leonard overseeing the referees.
Zamalek currently leads Group 2 with 13 points and has already secured qualification, having surpassed Libya’s Abu Salim, who sits in second place with 9 points.
