Ghana follows as the second-highest ranked African team, holding the 24th position worldwide. Algeria completes the top three for Africa, sitting at the 26th spot globally.
Nigeria, also qualified for the upcoming World Cup, is ranked 4th in Africa and 37th in the world. Cape Verde occupies the 5th position in Africa, securing the 39th spot globally.
Cameroon’s Samuel Eto’o, set to participate in the World Cup, is ranked 9th in Africa and 50th in the world.
The Seychelles achieved the most significant improvement in Africa this month, climbing 24 places to rank 46th in Africa and 176th globally.
