In a fiercely contested match held at the February 17 Stadium, Hilal Benghazi emerged triumphant with a 2-1 scoreline against their Algerian counterparts, USM Alger, in the fifth round of fixtures in Group A of the African Confederation Cup.
Meanwhile, a spirited battle between South Africa’s SuperSport United and Egypt’s Modern Future ended in a 1-1 draw at the Peter Mokaba Stadium in another fixture of the same group.
