Moroccan international Ayoub El Kaabi led his team, Olympiacos, to a thrilling 2-1 victory over visitors Asteras Tripolis on Sunday, marking the 24th round of matches in the Greek League.
El Kaabi showcased his prowess by scoring two crucial goals for his team, finding the back of the net in the 78th minute from a penalty kick and again in the 88th minute.
With this impressive brace, El Kaabi has now accumulated a tally of 12 goals this season, placing him jointly at the top of the league’s goal-scoring charts alongside Spanish striker Lorenzo Jesús Morón García of Aris.
