Majdi Artiba opened the scoring for Al-Akhdar in the seventh minute, capitalizing on their early dominance.
Minutes before the end of the first half, Saad Khameesi added a second goal, further solidifying Al-Akhdar’s lead.
In the 53rd minute, Angolan forward Ari Babal extended Al-Akhdar’s advantage with a third goal.
However, Kelvin Adnoh’s strike in the second minute of stoppage time for the second half narrowed the deficit for Al-Souqour.
