Pyramids FC’s first football team is set to commence their training sessions in the Congo tomorrow, Thursday, in preparation for their upcoming match against TP Mazembe on Saturday.
The match is scheduled as part of the fifth round of the group stage in the CAF Champions League.
The team departed for Lubumbashi aboard a chartered flight provided by the club’s management, aiming to optimize time and effort for the expedition.
Prior to their departure, the team conducted their final training session at the Air Defense Stadium.
They are scheduled to have two training sessions in Congo, both taking place at the match venue.
Pyramids FC enters the upcoming fixture with 4 points, currently occupying the third position in the standings.
TP Mazembe holds the second position with 7 points, while Mamelodi Sundowns leads the group with the same number of points.
