The accession tournament to the MTN Elite Two, the second division championship of Cameroon, has begun with matches in Yaoundé and Bangangté. The tournament features two groups, pools A and C, with teams from different regions. Etoa Meki, the club of Jean II Makoun, faced Ngoketunjia in Bangangté, while in Yaoundé, Abong-Mbang faced Dynamic de Buea. The tournament includes three groups, and the matches are scheduled for December 7, 11, and 14. The first-placed team in each group will secure direct promotion to the second division. This tournament replaced the Interpoules competition and brings together the regional champions of Cameroon.
