The football committee of Laveena Club, led by Mahmoud El-Assiouti, has successfully secured the signing of Hassan Karim Hassan Shehata, born in 2003, a player who has previously represented Zamalek, Pyramids, El Gouna, and Al Ahly Bank, to join the elite team of Laveena Club.
Hassan is the grandson of the revered Egyptian football figure, Hassan Shehata, former Zamalek star and historic coach of the Egyptian national team.
He is the son of the prominent media personality, Karim Hassan, who also serves as the football director at Al Ahly Bank.
Laveena Club is assembling a squad named the “Elite Team,” consisting of players born in 2003 and 2004.
In the past winter transfer window, Laveena secured the signings of three players: Hazem Marcy from Ismaily, Reda El Weshy from Alwe Egypt, and Alaa Osama from Farco.
Laveena currently sits in fifth place with 36 points, trailing the league leaders, Petrojet, by 10 points following their recent draw in the second round of the final phase of the Professional League.
