Francois Kamano, the Guinean striker for the Abha football club, has been admitted to Abha Private Hospital after suffering from severe respiratory inflammation since his arrival in the city.
This ailment surfaced after he completed his international duty with Guinea at the Africa Cup of Nations.
Sources close to “Al Riyadhiah” revealed that Kamano, 27, was unable to participate in his team’s recent match against Al Taawoun last Thursday due to this condition.
Consequently, the club’s management has prioritized monitoring his health under the supervision of medical professionals before his discharge from the hospital.
Abha Club signed Kamano in August last year from the Russian club Lokomotiv Moscow on a two-season contract.
Since his arrival, Kamano has featured in 19 matches in the Saudi Pro League and played two games in the King’s Cup competition.
