Since June 2026, Hamza Bahdoul has been part of the Liberia national team set-up as Head of Sports Performance.
Bahdoul holds a degree from the Faculty of Sport Sciences at the University of Lorraine in France, where he specialised in high-performance engineering. He is also continuing his academic work as a doctoral researcher in the field of sports performance development.
His professional background includes several roles in elite sport, including experience with the National Olympic Committee of Morocco and Kawkab Athletique Club de Marrakech.
He now brings that combination of scientific training and practical experience to Liberian football, working at the intersection of sports science and high-level performance.
