Kelvin Yeboah: Everton explore move for Minnesota striker

Italy-Ghanaian centre-forward Kelvin Yeboah has been linked with a move from Minnesota to Everton, with the Premier League club reportedly considering a transfer for the 26-year-old.

Yeboah currently plays for Minnesota in Major League Soccer and is under contract with the club until 31 December 2027. The proposed move would take him from the MLS to the Premier League, although the transfer remains at the rumour stage.

Yeboah’s position is centre-forward, and his current market value is listed at €7m. The reported interest comes with Everton assessing attacking options while Yeboah remains tied to Minnesota for another year beyond the current season.

Born with Italian and Ghanaian nationality, Yeboah has spent the latest stage of his career in the United States. His age and contractual position would make him a potentially significant investment for Everton if the link develops into formal negotiations.

No probability has been attached to the rumour, and there has been no confirmation of an agreement between Everton and Minnesota. For now, Yeboah remains a Minnesota player, with his contract running until the end of December 2027.
