Romaric N’Dri tips Barcelona to beat Real Madrid in Sunday’s Clasico

Former Cote d’Ivoire international Romaric N’Dri Koffi believes FC Barcelona will have the edge when they face Real Madrid in the Clasico on Sunday, 25 October 2026.

The match, which forms part of the 10th round of Liga fixtures, comes with Barcelona already six points clear of their Madrid rivals. Romaric, who previously played for Sevilla FC, expects the Catalan side’s strong start to the season to prove decisive.

Barcelona have won all nine of their league matches so far and have scored 39 goals. Speaking to Ivoirezine, Romaric highlighted the team’s collective quality and the form of several key players.

He considers Barcelona to be the more balanced side, pointing particularly to their attractive style of play and improved defensive organisation. Those qualities, in his view, give the leaders a stronger platform ahead of the meeting with Real Madrid.

By contrast, Romaric believes Real Madrid have been less convincing as a team. He says the Spanish champions have relied more heavily on individual moments from Kylian Mbappe and Ivorian Yan Diomande, while also showing weaknesses in defence.

The Clasico is therefore set to carry significant weight in the title race, with Barcelona seeking to extend their advantage and Real Madrid attempting to reduce the six-point gap.

Betting prices listed for the match have Barcelona as favourites. The preview refers to odds of 1.65 for a Barcelona victory, while the detailed prices given later are 1.62 for a home win, 5.75 for a draw and 3.90 for Real Madrid to win.

The fixture is Barcelona’s 10th league match of the campaign and will bring the two sides together with contrasting early-season records. Romaric’s prediction is based on Barcelona’s unbeaten start, their attacking output and what he sees as a more reliable collective structure than Real Madrid’s.
