CAF Champions League: Oussama Lamlioui double puts RS Berkane 2-0 up

RS Berkane lead Star Sport Academy 2-0 at half-time in the first leg of their second qualifying round tie in the CAF Champions League, with Oussama Lamlioui scoring both goals.

Lamlioui opened the scoring in the 14th minute, giving the Moroccan side an early advantage. The striker then struck again in the 45th minute to complete his double just before the interval.

The result leaves RS Berkane with a comfortable lead after the opening 45 minutes and in a strong position to secure a favourable outcome in the first match of the two-legged tie.

Star Sport Academy must find a response after the break, while RS Berkane will aim to protect their advantage and could look for a third goal to strengthen their position ahead of the remainder of the contest.
