Arsenal hand Havertz, Rice and Konsa starts against Leeds United

Kai Havertz, Declan Rice and Ezri Konsa have been named in Arsenal’s starting XI for their Premier League meeting with Leeds United at Emirates Stadium.

The match is the opening fixture of matchweek six and Arsenal’s first league game since a three-week pause caused by the international break.

The trio have returned to Mikel Arteta’s starting lineup after recovering from injuries sustained during the international break. Myles Lewis-Skelly starts at right-back, with Jurrien Timber named among the substitutes.

Arsenal begin the match second in the Premier League with 12 points. They lost their most recent league fixture 3-0 against Brighton.

Leeds United are fifth in the table on nine points after drawing 0-0 with Crystal Palace in their previous match.
