Watford have signed Senegal international Krepin Diatta on a two-year contract, strengthening their options on the right side of the team.
The 27-year-old joins the English second-tier club as a free agent following the end of his spell with AS Monaco in July.
Diatta was part of Senegal’s squad at the most recent World Cup this summer, bringing significant experience at the highest level to the Hornets.
His continued involvement on the international stage is expected to add immediate quality to Watford’s squad. The Senegal international can operate in every position on the right flank, including defence, midfield and attack.
The move gives Watford an experienced and versatile option as they look to benefit from Diatta’s ability to contribute across the right side of the pitch.
