António Simão Muanza bid farewell to Benfica II in Portugal and officially inked a deal with Turkish Süper Lig outfit Yukatel Adana Demirspor. The announcement was made in a formal statement released on the club’s official platform, extending a warm welcome to the Angolan international.
The official statement read, “…We welcome António Simão Muanza to our family and wish him great success with Yukatel Adana Demirspor.” The talented midfielder, affectionately known as the “Maestro,” has committed to a contract spanning approximately four years (3.5 years) with his new Turkish football home.

António Simão Muanza’s trajectory onto the professional football stage began with distinction, catching attention at a young age while representing the Angolan U17 selection in 2019.
His journey continued as he joined Estrela da Amadora during the 2021/2022 season in the Portuguese second division. Rapidly making an impact, the “Maestro” then made a free transfer to join Benfica’s reserve team.
During his inaugural season with Benfica II (2022/23), Muanza featured in 17 matches, and the ongoing season (2023/24) has seen him further acclimate and assert his prowess.
