Golden Arrows and Kaizer Chiefs name starting line-ups for Betway Premiership clash

Kaizer Chiefs face Golden Arrows in a Betway Premiership fixture at Mbombela Stadium on Sunday, with both sides having confirmed their starting line-ups.

The Amakhosi were held to a 1-1 draw by Polokwane City last Saturday, a result that cost them the chance to move into third place.

Despite beginning the season unbeaten, Kaizer Chiefs have endured an inconsistent campaign. They have recorded two wins and three draws from their opening five matches.

Golden Arrows are seventh in the table after a slow start to their league campaign, with one win, one loss and four draws.

Abafana Besthende have not won in their past three matches. They suffered consecutive defeats against Mamelodi Sundowns in the league and cup before drawing 1-1 with Siwelele last weekend.

Sunday’s fixture is a repeat of the MTN8 quarter-final played earlier this season. Golden Arrows progressed on that occasion after Khulekani Shezi scored the only goal.
