Ramos Kashala Wanet leaves Jwaya SC to become a free agent

Congo centre-forward Ramos Kashala Wanet has left Lebanese Premier League club Jwaya SC and become a free agent, completing his latest move on 18 September 2026.

The 26-year-old had joined Jwaya only a month earlier, switching from DR Congo side St-Eloi Lupopo on 16 August. His departure brings a brief spell in Lebanon to an end, with the striker now without a club.

Wanet made 17 Premier League appearances during his career and scored once, while he has also featured eight times in the CAF Champions League, scoring three goals. He has played as a centre-forward and stands 1.86m tall.

Before arriving at Jwaya, Wanet spent part of the 2025-26 season with St-Eloi Lupopo. He joined the Congolese club as a free agent on 1 July 2025, having previously been without a club after leaving Ghanaian side Hearts of Oak in August 2024.

His move away from Jwaya is the latest change in a short sequence of club transfers. Wanet has now moved between three clubs since leaving Hearts of Oak, with each change taking place during the past two seasons.

The striker’s most productive continental return came in the CAF Champions League, where he scored three goals in eight appearances. His Premier League record stands at one goal from 17 matches.

Wanet, born on 3 April 2000, holds Congolese nationality. He is now available after ending his association with Jwaya SC, who he joined at the start of the 2026-27 season.
