Manoubi Haddad returns to Olympique Beja in free transfer

Tunisian-French winger Manoubi Haddad has joined Olympique Beja from AS Soliman on a free transfer, returning to the club he previously represented. The 30-year-old has signed a contract running until 30 June 2028.

Haddad completed the move on 14 September 2026, moving to a club competing in Tunisia’s Ligue 1. He leaves AS Soliman after spending more than two years with the club, having arrived as a free agent in January 2024 following a period without a club.

The left winger has built a career across France and Tunisia. He has made 103 appearances in Ligue 1, scoring nine goals and providing seven assists, while also recording 32 appearances, four goals and seven assists in Ligue 3. In Ligue 2, he played 20 times and scored twice, with one assist.

Haddad has also featured in domestic cup and continental football. He played nine times in the Coupe de France, scoring four goals and assisting once, while making eight appearances in the CAF Confederation Cup and five in the CAF Champions League. His record in the CAF Confederation Cup includes four goals.

The move represents a return to Olympique Beja for Haddad, who previously joined the club in August 2016 as a free agent before moving to Club Africain in January 2017 for €82,000. He won the Tunisian Cup with Club Africain during the 2016-17 season.

His career has also included spells with Paris 13 Atletico and Quevilly Rouen in France. Haddad joined Paris 13 Atletico from Quevilly Rouen on a free transfer in July 2022, before leaving the French club at the start of 2023.

A right-footed player whose main position is on the left wing, Haddad now returns to Olympique Beja with experience of Ligue 1, Ligue 2, French cup competition and African club football. The agreement keeps him at the Tunisian club until the end of June 2028.
