Rachid Taoussi, having recently concluded his tenure as the coach of the Moroccan national football team, is reportedly set to return to his former club, AS FAR. According to Moroccan media, Taoussi is in talks with the club’s leaders and is expected to sign a two-year contract. There are even reports suggesting that he has already taken charge of training sessions for AS FAR.
The club, currently facing a challenging situation, is in 11th place in the championship with only 5 points after 5 matches. Additionally, AS FAR was eliminated from the Throne Cup, a competition they had won 11 times. If the negotiations are successful, Rachid Taoussi will undertake the task of guiding the club back to a more favorable position in both domestic competitions.
