US Ben Guerdane sign 18-year-old Tunisia winger Fedi Tayechi on season-long loan
Tunisia winger Fedi Tayechi has joined US Ben Guerdane from Club Africain U21 on loan, completing a move to the Ligue 1 side on 4 September 2026.
Tayechi, who is 18, will remain with Ben Guerdane until 30 June 2027 under the terms of the deal. He will then return to Club Africain U21, where he was playing before the switch.
The left winger becomes part of the Ben Guerdane squad for the 2026-27 campaign after moving from Club Africain’s under-21 set-up. The transfer gives the teenager a place in a senior Ligue 1 environment, with Ben Guerdane listed as his new club following the completion of the loan.
Born on 10 March 2008, Tayechi is a Tunisia international at club level and plays primarily on the left side of attack. He is right-footed and stands 1.76m tall.
His previous association with Club Africain includes the 2025-26 season, when the club won the Tunisian championship. Tayechi is recorded as a Tunisian champion from that campaign, although his transfer to Ben Guerdane has been completed from the club’s under-21 side.
The move marks a change in surroundings for Tayechi as he begins a spell with a senior team competing in Tunisia’s top division. Ben Guerdane are based in the southern Tunisian town of the same name and compete in Ligue 1, the competition identified as the winger’s new domestic league.
Tayechi’s profile is centred on his role as a left winger, with his preferred right foot offering a clear description of his playing position. His arrival adds an 18-year-old attacking player to the Ben Guerdane squad for the current season.
The loan was registered on 4 September, with the scheduled end date set for 30 June 2027. At that point, Tayechi is due to return to Club Africain U21 rather than remain permanently with Ben Guerdane.
The Tunisia teenager has therefore moved from Club Africain’s development side into the US Ben Guerdane first-team set-up, completing a loan transfer for the 2026-27 season.
