Omar Marmoush, the Egyptian national team player, has resumed training with his German club Eintracht Frankfurt for the first time since bidding farewell to the Pharaohs in the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations in Ivory Coast.

Reason Behind Marmoush’s Absence from Club Training
The German club’s website revealed that Omar Marmoush had not participated in team training sessions in recent weeks, which saw 28 players, including the new French arrival Jean-Matthieu Bahouia, due to suffering from a cold.

Marmoush Returns to Eintracht Frankfurt Training

The official Eintracht Frankfurt website posted video clips from the team’s training session on Tuesday, with Marmoush appearing in the group training, indicating his readiness to participate in matches.

Marmoush’s Performance with the Club This Season
Marmoush has featured in 25 matches for Eintracht Frankfurt this season, scoring 12 goals and providing 3 assists.

Eintracht Frankfurt currently occupies sixth place in the German league table with 31 points.

It is worth noting that Marmoush managed to score one goal for the Egyptian national team in the Africa Cup of Nations against the Ghanaian team.

The return of Omar Marmoush to training will undoubtedly be a boost for Eintracht Frankfurt as they continue their campaign in the German league, with his goal-scoring prowess expected to bolster their attacking options in the upcoming matches.
