FC Eindhoven sign Rayan Buifrahi from Club NXT on free transfer

Belgian-Moroccan winger Rayan Buifrahi has joined FC Eindhoven from Club NXT on a free transfer, completing a move to the Netherlands after his time in Belgium’s Challenger Pro League.

The 21-year-old has agreed a contract with the Keuken Kampioen Divisie club running until 30 June 2028. Buifrahi’s move was completed on 2 September, with FC Eindhoven confirming the arrival before the new agreement formally began the following day.

Buifrahi plays primarily on the left wing and becomes part of an FC Eindhoven squad competing in the second tier of Dutch football. His switch represents a move between clubs in different domestic leagues, taking him from Club NXT’s Belgian set-up to a new challenge in the Netherlands.

Born in Brussels on 13 March 2005, Buifrahi holds Belgian and Moroccan nationality. He is listed at 1.73m and has been registered as an attacking left winger during his career to date.

Club NXT operates in the Challenger Pro League, Belgium’s second division, while FC Eindhoven compete in the Keuken Kampioen Divisie. The transfer therefore gives Buifrahi a change of footballing environment without an initial fee being paid by his new club.

FC Eindhoven have secured the winger’s services through the end of the 2027-28 season, with his contract set to expire on 30 June 2028. The agreement provides a defined period for Buifrahi to establish himself at the Dutch club following his departure from Club NXT.

The move was completed without a transfer fee, and Buifrahi is now an FC Eindhoven player.
