Saudi Pro League side Al-Qadsiah show interest in French-Malian forward Sangare

French-Malian forward Mahamadou Sangare is being linked with a move from Man City U21 to Saudi Pro League club Al-Qadsiah.

The 19-year-old centre-forward joined Manchester City’s Under-21 side from Paris Saint-Germain U23 on a free transfer in July 2025 and is now the subject of reported interest from the Saudi club.

Sangare has yet to appear for City’s Under-21s in either Premier League 2 or the EFL Trophy this season. He remains part of the group competing in England’s development leagues, with no transfer fee or agreement attached to the rumour.

The forward enjoyed a prolific final season with PSG’s youth system in 2024-25, finishing as the UEFA Youth League’s leading scorer with eight goals. He also helped PSG U19 win the French Under-19 championship for a second successive season.

Sangare began his youth career with Racing CFF before moving to Montrouge and then PSG. His move to Manchester City followed a season with PSG U23, where he continued his progression into senior development football.

Al-Qadsiah, who compete in the Saudi Pro League, have been named as the club interested in taking him away from City’s Under-21 setup. Sangare’s current status remains unchanged, with the France- and Mali-qualified striker still registered with Manchester City U21.
