Noah Egouli attracts FSV Zwickau interest after Fortuna Dusseldorf move
German-Cameroonian defender Noah Egouli has been linked with a move from Fortuna Dusseldorf to FSV Zwickau.
The 20-year-old centre-back joined Dusseldorf’s first team from the club’s second side on 1 July 2026 and is under contract until 30 June 2029. Zwickau play in the Regionalliga Northeast, one level below Dusseldorf’s 3. Liga.
Egouli has yet to appear in the 3. Liga or DFB-Pokal this season. His only competitive appearance so far came for Dusseldorf’s side in the Oberliga Niederrhein, where he started and played the full 90 minutes.
The defender began his development at Hohenlind, moving to Dusseldorf’s under-19 team in July 2024 before progressing to Dusseldorf II the following summer. He has since been listed with Fortuna’s senior squad, but remains without a league appearance for the club.
A transfer to Zwickau would therefore represent a change in club and league for Egouli, whose current deal in Dusseldorf runs for three more seasons. The rumour was recorded on 31 August 2026, with Egouli still contracted to Fortuna Dusseldorf.
