Lorient tracking Senegal winger Amidou Badji after strong start at Bandirma Spor
Senegal winger Amidou Badji is being linked with a move from Bandirma Spor to French top-flight club FC Lorient.
The 20-year-old right winger has started all four of Bandirma Spor’s matches in the 2026-27 1. Lig season, contributing one goal and two assists. He has played 91% of the available minutes and has been involved in 60% of his side’s goals.
Badji joined the Turkish club from Esperance Sportive de Guediawaye on 20 January 2026 and has a contract running until 30 June 2029. His current market value is listed at €450,000.
The reported interest from Lorient would represent a move from Turkey’s second tier to Ligue 1, although the available information does not indicate that an agreement has been reached or that negotiations are advanced.
Badji has made four league appearances for Bandirma Spor since the start of the current campaign, scoring once and providing two assists. He is predominantly right-footed and plays on the right side of the attack.
For now, he remains a Bandirma Spor player under a long-term contract, with Lorient’s reported interest yet to develop into a confirmed transfer.
