Safyan Toure linked with FC Emmen move from 1.FC Koln II

French-Togolese winger Safyan Toure is the subject of a reported move from 1.FC Koln II to Dutch second-tier club FC Emmen.

Toure, 20, has been linked with a switch from Germany’s Regionalliga West to the Keuken Kampioen Divisie. He joined 1.FC Koln II from Mainz 05 U19 in July 2025 on a free transfer and remains under contract until 30 June 2028.

The right winger has made four appearances in the Regionalliga West this season, starting 60% of the matches in which he has played. He has supplied one assist and has been shown one yellow card, with no goals recorded.

Toure previously developed at Mainz, having progressed to the club’s under-19 side after joining from Niendorf U17 in January 2023. His move to 1.FC Koln II represented his first senior transfer.

He is listed as a right-footed attacker and stands 1.87 metres tall. His current market value is €75,000, although no transfer fee has been reported in connection with the proposed move to Emmen.

The reported interest comes with Toure having made four appearances from the first five possible league games this season. For now, he remains a 1.FC Koln II player, with his contract in Cologne running through June 2028.
