Blackburn weigh move for Modena defender Gady Beyuku
Gady Beyuku, a France and DR Congo right-back currently at Modena, has been linked with a move to Blackburn in the Championship.
The 20-year-old joined Modena from Triestina’s Under-19 side in July 2024 after moving to Italy from French football. He has a contract with the Serie B club until 30 June 2028.
Beyuku has not featured for Modena so far in the 2026-27 campaign. He has made no appearances in the opening two possible Serie B matches or in the Italian Cup, meaning the potential Blackburn interest comes before he has made a first-team appearance this season.
The defender was born in Clichy-la-Garenne and holds French and Democratic Republic of Congo nationality. He began his youth career with Versailles before spells at 93 Bobigny and Triestina preceded his move to Modena.
Beyuku’s current market value is listed at €2.5m, while no transfer fee has been established for a possible move to Ewood Park. The link would see him move from Italy’s second tier to the English Championship, with Blackburn examining options at right-back.
For now, Beyuku remains a Modena player, with two years left on his existing contract.
