France and Madagascar winger Sayha Seha has joined Perugia from fellow Italian club Catanzaro on loan, giving the 21-year-old a move to the Serie C-B side for the 2026-27 season.

The transfer was completed on 28 August, with Seha’s spell at Perugia scheduled to run until 30 June 2027. He will return to Catanzaro when the loan ends. No permanent transfer fee has been attached to the move.

Seha plays primarily on the left wing and is right-footed. Born in Troyes on 15 January 2005, he stands 1.74m tall and holds French and Madagascan nationality.

The move takes him to his third club in Italy. Seha joined Catanzaro from Marseille B on a free transfer in July 2025, having previously progressed through Marseille’s under-19 side. His switch to Catanzaro followed an earlier move from Troyes’ youth system to Marseille in August 2022.

Perugia compete in Serie C-B, while Catanzaro are listed in Serie B, meaning Seha has moved between two Italian sides operating in different divisions. His new contract arrangement with Perugia covers the upcoming campaign, with the agreement expiring at the end of June 2027.

Seha’s recorded market value is €200,000. He has yet to make an appearance or register a goal or assist for Perugia in Serie B 26/27 or the Italy Cup during the current campaign.

The winger began his youth career with Troyes before moving to Marseille’s academy setup. He joined Marseille’s under-19 team in 2022 and moved into the club’s reserve side the following year, laying the foundation for his first senior transfer to Catanzaro.

Perugia’s acquisition places Seha in a new Italian setting as he continues his senior career away from Catanzaro. The loan move was completed on 28 August 2026 and keeps him with Perugia through 30 June 2027.
