Tjiunatjo Kakuenje: Namibia defender joins At. Tordesillas in Spain

Namibia centre-back Tjiunatjo Kakuenje has joined At. Tordesillas on a free transfer from Albacete U19, moving into Spain’s Segunda Federacion at the age of 19.

The transfer was completed on 28 August 2026, with Kakuenje agreeing a contract that runs until 30 June 2027. He becomes an At. Tordesillas player after leaving Albacete’s under-19 side, where he had been developing before making the switch.

Kakuenje was born on 1 January 2007 and is listed as a centre-back. His move gives At. Tordesillas a young defender with an international background as the club competes in the Segunda Federacion – Group V.

The Namibia international’s arrival represents a change in level from his previous club’s under-19 setup to a senior Spanish competition. At. Tordesillas is his new club for the 2026-27 season, while Albacete U19 is recorded as his immediate former side.

The transfer was completed without a fee, and Kakuenje’s deal with At. Tordesillas is scheduled to remain in place through the end of June 2027.

Kakuenje has therefore completed his move from Albacete U19 to At. Tordesillas, where the Namibia defender will continue his career in Spain’s Segunda Federacion.
