Herba Guirassy linked with Young Boys move from FC Nantes
Herba Guirassy, the 19-year-old French-Guinean winger at FC Nantes, has been linked with a move to Swiss Super League club Young Boys.
Guirassy plays as a left winger and has made three appearances for Nantes in Ligue 2 this season, scoring once. He has started two of those matches and has played 77% of the club’s available league minutes.
The reported interest comes as Guirassy’s market value is listed at €7m, although no transfer fee has been reported. The winger remains under contract with Nantes until 30 June 2028, meaning the French club would not be under immediate pressure to sell.
Guirassy moved into Nantes’ senior set-up from the club’s under-19 side in July 2024. He previously helped Nantes Under-19s win the French U19 championship in the 2022-23 season.
A move to Young Boys would see Guirassy leave French football for the first time, with the Swiss club competing in the country’s top flight. The rumour remains unconfirmed, and there is no indication that an agreement has been reached between the clubs or with the player.
