Emmanuel Tolno makes Stankov return after free transfer from Union Diersbach

Guinea attacking midfielder Emmanuel Tolno has joined Czech club Stankov from Union Diersbach on a free transfer, returning to the side he previously represented.

Tolno, 26, completed the move on 21 August 2026 after spending the opening part of the 2026-27 season with Austrian club Union Diersbach. He joined Union Diersbach in January 2026 after a spell without a club.

The attacking midfielder first moved to Stankov in March 2024, having also been without a club earlier that season. He left the Czech side later that month to join Robstav, before moving to Pribram in August 2024, also on a free transfer.

Tolno has played across competitions including the Czech Football League, the Czech National League and the MOL Cup. His recorded total is 102 appearances and 20 goals, with eight assists. He scored eight goals in 48 CFL appearances and added seven goals in 32 ChNL matches.

His career also includes a spell with MAS Taborsko, where he played after joining from FC Sequence in 2019. Tolno spent the 2021-22 campaign with Ceske Budejovice on loan from MAS Taborsko before returning to his parent club at the end of that season.

The move brings Tolno back to Stankov after his previous spell with the club and marks his latest switch within the Czech football system. He joins as a midfielder whose main position is attacking midfield.

Tolno has now completed his free transfer from Union Diersbach to Stankov.
