Harold Moukoudi attracts Al-Ahli interest after AEK Athens title success
Cameroonian-French defender Harold Moukoudi is being linked with a move from AEK Athens to Qatar Stars League club Al-Ahli.
The 28-year-old centre-back has started both of AEK’s competitive matches this season, completing the full 90 minutes in a Champions League qualifying fixture and the Greek Super Cup. He has made 52 appearances for the Athens club since joining from Saint-Etienne on a free transfer in August 2022.
Moukoudi was part of the AEK side that won the Greek championship in 2026, adding to the title he claimed with the club in 2023. He also helped AEK win the Greek Cup in 2023.
The defender’s possible move would represent a change from Greece’s Super League 1 to Qatar’s Stars League, although the rumour has not been confirmed by either club. No transfer fee has been reported.
Moukoudi remains under contract with AEK Athens until 30 June 2029.
