Audrey Yola Zepatta, a former Cameroonian football gem who previously showcased his skills with Spartak Moscow, is poised to make a comeback in Azerbaijan after being without a club since the expiration of his contract with FK Belshina Bobruisk in the Belarusian first division.

Following the conclusion of his six-month contract with Belshina Bobruisk, Zepatta found himself club-less, but recent developments suggest that he has secured a new destination in Azerbaijan.

Information obtained by the Africafoot editorial team indicates that the Yaoundé native is on the verge of signing with Lokbatan FK, the current leaders in the Azerbaijani second division.

Sources close to the player have revealed that negotiations are underway between the involved parties to finalize the contractual details, including clauses and duration.

Lokbatan FK, based in Baku, is strategically positioning itself to secure promotion to the first division, and the addition of Audrey Yola Zepatta is viewed as a substantial reinforcement for the club’s aspirations.

Zepatta’s journey from Spartak Moscow to Azerbaijan reflects the diverse paths that football careers can take, with the talented player set to contribute to the ambitions of Lokbatan FK.

As negotiations progress, football enthusiasts await the official confirmation of Zepatta’s signing, anticipating the impact he will make in Azerbaijani football and the club’s pursuit of promotion to the top tier.
