Jeremy Oyono transfer: Avellino target Frosinone’s Gabonese-French right-back

Gabonese-French right-back Jeremy Oyono is linked with a move from Frosinone to Avellino, with the Serie B club reportedly considering a deal for the 25-year-old.

Oyono is under contract with Frosinone until 30 June 2027, meaning any move would require an agreement between the two Italian clubs. He joined Frosinone from US Boulogne on a free transfer in August 2024 and has since been part of the club’s defensive options.

The right-back has not featured for Frosinone in the current campaign, registering no appearances, goals or assists in the Italy Cup so far. That lack of competitive action could provide context to Avellino’s reported interest, although no transfer fee or agreement has been disclosed.

Oyono, who was born in Lille and stands 1.78 metres tall, developed through the youth system at Valenciennes before progressing with Boulogne’s reserve and senior sides. His current market value is listed at €250,000.

The proposed move would see Oyono remain in Italy while dropping from Frosinone’s Serie A level to Avellino’s Serie B division. The rumour was recorded on 18 August 2026, with the player still contracted to Frosinone and no confirmation that a transfer has been completed.
